I can't give out just one answer here...
If we talk brains, it would be Misty. When it comes to talent, it would be May, meaning Dawn tops the list when it comes to looks.

Personally, I think May is the prettiest. That's just me of course, and Misty saved Ash's life, can't anyone remember than from Pokemon 2000? Without her, Ash wouldn't even meet the other girls. Dawn also has her fair share of cuteness, but I don't see much in her. Of course, that's just in my opinion.
PS: They all end up with Ash, just because he breaks their bikes, what a reason. |

I do remember that scene from the 2nd movie. I can say that, during Seasons 1 to 5, what I see is more of Misty helping Ash, lalo na sa first season. The next two would be Ash's protégés, meaning it's more of Ash helping them out.
